How do I track what my assistant is doing?

You will never be left in the dark. Our assistants provide timely updates via call and WhatsApp at every key stage of the task. Once the task is complete, you'll receive a final summary so you know exactly what was done on your behalf.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

A 100% refund is applicable if cancelled 24 hours prior to the slot. If cancelled within 2–12 hours, a 50% convenience fee is deducted to cover assistant scheduling. No refunds are provided once the assistant has departed for the location or reached the site.
Do I need to provide a Letter of Authority (LoA)?

Yes, for tasks involving Banking, RTO, or Property visits, a signed LoA is required. Our assistants always present themselves as authorized proxies — they never impersonate a client — ensuring complete transparency and legal compliance.
Are there any hidden charges?

None whatsoever. We operate on a zero markup policy for third-party costs like stamp duty or government challans. These are pure reimbursements against digital receipts. You only pay our service fee, which is clearly stated upfront.
